Job Description
We are looking for a Female Care Professional to join our team, providing outstanding home care across Calderdale, including Halifax, Brighouse, Elland, and parts of Huddersfield and Bradford.
This role is ideal for someone who is caring, reliable and passionate about supporting others to live safely and independently in their own homes.

Working Pattern:
- Evening shifts (typically from 4:00pm-10:00pm)
- Alternate weekends (full day availability required)
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care
- Supporting clients with medication
- Preparing meals and refreshments
- Helping with shopping and appointments
- Light household duties
- Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
- Building trusting relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who:
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle - essential
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have a kind, caring and compassionate nature
- Are reliable, professional and trustworthy
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as we provide full paid training and ongoing support.
