Female Care Support Worker – Bartley Green

Lifeways, the UK’s largest supported living provider, is looking for dedicated Female Care Support Workers to join our welcoming team in Bartley Green.

About The Service
Our Bartley Green service is set within a calm residential area, surrounded by scenic walking routes including Woodgate Valley Country Park. The people we support enjoy getting out into the community—whether that’s visiting Northfield Pool and Fitness Centre, Bartley Green Library, Halesowen town centre or enjoying days out to places like the Black Country Museum or Blackpool.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support people to live independently and enjoy a wide range of activities, such as:
- Attending football matches and local events
- Exploring local attractions and day trips across the region
- Taking part in arts and crafts, baking, dancing, music sessions, and more
You don’t need to have experience in care—we’ll provide full training and continuous support to help you succeed.
