Contract
Bank / 0 Hour Sessional Contract
Shift Patterns
Support is provided seven days a week, with shifts including:
- 07:00 - 14:30
- 14:30 - 22:00
- 22:00 - 07:00
Shift patterns may vary to meet the needs of the people we support.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll support adults with complex needs in their own home, helping them to live independently and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
Your Role May Include
- Providing practical and emotional support
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Supporting community engagement and social activities
- Building positive relationships with the people you support
- Promoting wellbeing, dignity and respect at all times
