£13.10–£15.68 per hour

Bluebell Healthcare provides warm, reliable and person-centred care, supporting people to remain independent in the place they know best — their own home.
We are growing our domiciliary care team and are looking for experienced, compassionate and reliable Female Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants to support clients within their local communities.
We currently have opportunities for full-time, part-time and bank staff.
Our work ranges from everyday domiciliary care and companionship through to supporting people with complex needs, palliative care and end-of-life care.
What you'll be doing
As part of our care team, you may:
- Provide high-quality personal care in clients' own homes
- Support clients with medication, nutrition and hydration
- Assist with mobility, moving and handling, repositioning and pressure-area care
- Provide companionship and practical day-to-day support
- Support clients with complex care needs
- Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life care
- Recognise and report changes or deterioration in a client's condition
- Work alongside families, district nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain clear and accurate care records
- Undertake delegated healthcare tasks where appropriately trained and assessed as competent
- Promote dignity, independence, choice and quality of life at all times

What we're looking for
We'd particularly like to hear from candidates with previous domiciliary care experience.
Experience in any of the following would be highly desirable:
- Complex Care
- Palliative Care
- End-of-Life Care
- Dementia Care
- Personal Care
- Medication Support
You will also need to be:
- Compassionate, reliable and professional
- Confident working independently in clients' homes
- Comfortable providing personal and intimate care
- A good communicator with strong written care-recording skills
- Able to travel between clients
- A full UK driving licence holder with access to a vehicle
All appointments are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks, including Right to Work, references and an Enhanced DBS check.
Sponsorship opportunities
For the right experienced candidate, Bluebell Healthcare may be able to consider visa sponsorship, subject to Home Office eligibility requirements and our business and sponsorship requirements.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are already in the UK and have strong UK domiciliary care experience, particularly within complex care, palliative care and/or end-of-life care.

Female Occupational Requirement
Due to the intimate personal care requirements, privacy, dignity and individual needs of the clients currently requiring support, these vacancies require female care staff.
