Care Assistant / Carer - Southampton
Pay: £14.80-£17.15 per hour (including holiday pay)
Part-time | Permanent | Flexible shifts

Typical shift
- 5:00pm - 10:00pm
- 9:00am - 1:00pm & 5:00pm - 10:00pm
We can offer flexible working patterns to fit around family, study, or other commitments.
What you will earn
- £14.80-£16.59 per hour weekdays (including holiday pay)
- £15.30-£17.15 per hour weekends (including holiday pay)
- 35p per mile mileage allowance
- £230 paid training bonus
- £150 Refer-a-Friend bonus

What will you do?
As a Care Assistant / Carer, you will support clients with:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping and shopping
- Helping clients stay independent at home
- Keeping simple care records

What do you need?
- Full UK driving licence
- Your own car
- Right to work in the UK
- Available for 20+ hours per week
- Available for at least 3 weekdays and every other weekend
- A kind, reliable, and caring attitude
