Female Learner Care/ Support Assistant - Inclusive Learning
Hammersmith Campus | £16.11 per Hour | Long-Term Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the Inclusive Learning team at Hammersmith Campus. This is a rewarding opportunity to support a learner with additional needs in a specialist educational environment.
Assignment Details
- Location: Hammersmith Campus
- Hours: 9:45am - 3:15pm
- Days: 4 or 5 days per week available
- Rate: £16.11 per hour
- Reviews: Termly reviews
- Opportunity: Long-term opportunity for the right candidate

The Role
- Providing one-to-one support within an Inclusive Learning setting
- Supporting a student with Autism and complex needs
- Managing and responding appropriately to challenging behaviours
- Assisting with elements of personal care
- Working closely with teaching and support staff to ensure a positive learning experience
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting learners with Autism
- Experience managing challenging behaviours in an educational or care setting
- Ability to build positive and professional relationships with learners
- Due to the nature of the personal care requirements, a female LSA is required for this role
- Patient, resilient, and committed to supporting learner development
