Job Description
At Kinect Services, we put people first. We are currently looking for a Female Live-in Carer to support a lady in Benfleet, helping her to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in her own home.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide consistent, one-to-one support to someone with complex health needs, building a meaningful and trusted relationship over time.
About The Role
You will be living in the client’s home during your working week, providing tailored, person-centred support throughout the day and night as required.

Your role will include:
- Supporting with personal care
- Assisting with medication
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting daily routines and independence
- Helping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
As a CQC-regulated provider registered to deliver Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury, you will be supporting an individual with more complex needs, with guidance and support from our experienced team.
Working Pattern and Flexibility

This role is offered on a one week on, one week off basis, with a weekly rate of £900. There is also the opportunity to support other clients during your off weeks if you are looking for additional work and flexibility.
