Grace is a lively 7-year-old diagnosed with autism and ADHD. She attends mainstream school and doesn’t have an EHCP. She loves her friends, going into town, clothes, makeup, singing, and cats!

Brief details of the job

  • Experience of autism, ADHD and PDA strongly preferred but do talk to us if not; experience can be professional or personal.
  • Grace will be easy with 1:1 attention, and the job is to give her some 1:1 time with an adult.
  • It may involve picking her up from school in York in term time and taking her out to the park or town and bringing her home 2 hours later. In the holidays it will include days out in the local area.
  • You will be working with a wonderful family with 5 fantastic neurodiverse children. The PAs already in place are great to work with and have become part of the family.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
