I’m a 62-year-old lady who sustained an acquired brain injury which has affected my mobility and my communication. I live alone and am very independent, but I need some help with jobs around my home and in accessing the community. I have some physical difficulties but manage well. I communicate verbally providing you give me the time I need to express myself, but I do need you to support my communication.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

I use a wheelchair within the home and an attendant propelled wheelchair in the community, but I can transfer myself into the chair. I love music, rugby and have a small dog who is very important in my life. I enjoy the company of others, have a good sense of humour, enjoy going out into the community and going shopping.

I would like my support worker to be warm, have a sense of fun, be patient and reliable, to encourage and support me to access all opportunities helping me to maximise my quality of life. This role is subject to an Enhanced level DBS check. Full induction and training will be provided.
