Love being out and about, staying active and making a difference? Turn that into a rewarding career

If you enjoy helping people live independently while remaining connected to the activities and interests they enjoy most, this could be the ideal role for you. As a Support Worker, Personal Assistant (PA), or Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will play an important role in supporting an individual to maintain their independence, pursue their interests, and enjoy a fulfilling lifestyle.

Meet Our Client

You will be supporting a woman in her 40s who lives at home with her family. She is looking for support to help her live a fulfilling and enjoyable life while staying safe and independent. She has learning disabilities and epilepsy, so requires consistent support with her wellbeing and daily routines. She enjoys spending time in the community, including going out for drives, visiting local parks and exploring local shops. She also enjoys an annual family holiday with her relatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
