Female Support Worker
£12.71 per hour | Driver Essential (Full Clean UK Driving Licence)
Shift Patterns: Starting on Monday 2pm – Finishing the following Monday at 2pm | 1 week on (168 hrs) 3 weeks off
Hours: Average 42 hours per week
Location: Norwich NR8

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Female Support Worker to deliver person-centred support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is committed to promoting independence and supporting an individual to live comfortably and confidently.
Meet Our Client
Our client is looking for an active individual who enjoys social interaction. He is a gentleman in his adult years, and he lives in his own home with his wife and two teenage children. He requires support with daily living as he suffered a spinal injury several years ago. He enjoys socialising, watching TV, visiting coffee shops, lunch out, and going for drives in his car.

About the Role
- Daily living activities
- Meal preparation
- Bowel care, Catheter care & Medication administration
- Personal care
- Safely accessing the community
- Moving & handling with HOIST
- Support with physio and rehabilitation
About You
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Home Care Direct does not offer sponsorship or work visas
- Friendly, patient, and well organised
- Care experience Essential
- Non-Smoker Preferred
- Committed to providing safe, respectful, and consistent support
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
