Job Opportunity: Support Worker
We are looking for fun, energetic, and adaptable individuals to join our Askern service, providing support to adults with a range of support needs, including those with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and ADHD. You will work to support clients with daily tasks to promote independence, whilst enabling individuals to enjoy fulfilling and valued lives.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide outcome-focused support to enable clients to lead fulfilling and valued lives, maintain their tenancies, participate in their local community, develop independent living skills, and achieve their personal goals and desired outcomes.
- Provide tailored, ongoing care and support
- Help clients maximize their sense of wellbeing and independence
- Facilitate engagements with peers and opportunities for personal development in the local community

Requirements
- Passion for the role
- Full, clean manual driving licence
- Gender considered to be an occupational requirement - Equality Act 2010
