IMPORTANT: We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

Are you looking for a career where you can genuinely make a difference every day? At Support Solutions, we believe that great Support Workers aren't defined by experience – they're defined by compassion, reliability, and a desire to help others live fulfilling and independent lives. We're recruiting Female Support Workers to join our Harrogate team, supporting individuals in their own homes and within their communities.

About The Role

You'll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, goals, and preferences. Unlike many care roles, you'll regularly support the same clients, giving you the opportunity to build meaningful professional relationships and provide consistent, high-quality care.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Personal care and support with daily routines.
  • Meal preparation and practical assistance.
  • Supporting access to the community, appointments, and activities.
  • Encouraging independence and confidence.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Helping individuals achieve outcomes that are important to them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
