Female Support Worker
Are you friendly, confident and naturally chatty? Do you enjoy getting to know people, building genuine relationships and helping others get out and enjoy their local community? You don't need previous care experience. Full training and qualifications are provided, so what matters most is your personality and approach.

- Naturally friendly, warm and positive
- Confident and talkative, with a genuine interest in getting to know others

- Comfortable supporting someone who may experience distress or display behaviours of concern
- Happy to get involved, have a chat and help someone enjoy their day
- Great listener and someone who can give praise
