We are currently recruiting for a Female Support Workers with a caring and compassionate nature to support our new client who has recently moved into their supported living home in Macclesfield. Our client requires support with their mental wellbeing, so experience working in similar care settings is preferred. As this is a new client, if successful, you will be apart of a brand new service team.
This is a part-time position, 28-hour contract, days with sleep ins.
Pay: £12.77ph + £50 per sleep in.

- Experience working in the care sector (preferably as a Support Worker) is required. A full training & induction programme will be followed to ensure you feel fully prepared to undertake your duties.
- A kind, holistic and compassionate approach.
- A willingness to work as a team and deliver exceptional care and outcomes to those we support.
- Knowledge of person-centred care.
- Outstanding communication skills.
