Role Description
Female Support Worker - Make Everyday Matter
Location
Tadley, Hampshire
Salary
£13.20 per hour (£25,740 per annum) plus benefits.
Hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis).
Contract
Permanent
Driving Requirement
A valid full UK manual driving license is essential.
Right To Work

How Will You Make a Difference?
As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live fuller, more independent lives by:
- Supporting daily routines from morning to bedtime
- Planning and enjoying person‑centred activities — walks, swimming, shopping and trips out
- Building trusted, respectful relationships that support confidence and wellbeing
- Keeping clear and accurate records
- Working closely with colleagues and professionals
This is a role where building strong relationships is just as important as providing practical support.
