Female Support Worker – Liverpool, L25

£15.50 per hour Hours: Part-time Shift patterns: Saturday, 8am–12pm | Flexibility to cover leave

We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Female Support Worker to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. This rewarding opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about promoting independence and helping an individual live comfortably and confidently in their home.

About Our Client

Your role will involve supporting an individual in her 20s, who lives at home with her parents and their dog. She needs full support with daily living needs to ensure her health, safety, and wellbeing.

She enjoys:

  • Spending time with her family
  • Going out into the local community for social afternoons

About the Role

In this position, you will play a key part in:

  • Providing person-centred support for daily routines and activities
  • Assisting with cooking, household tasks, and light admin work
  • Ensuring she attends appointments, outings, and social activities
  • Encouraging engagement with her interests and hobbies

About You

To take on this role, you should ideally have:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship visas available)
  • A friendly, patient, and well-organised mindset
  • Essential: Prior care experience (Knowledge of epilepsy and learning disabilities would be helpful, but not mandatory)
  • Non-smoker
  • Strong communication skills
  • A strong commitment to compliant, respectful, and consistent support
