Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can support adults with additional needs to live fulfilling, meaningful, and as independent a life as possible?

If so, we'd love to hear from you.

Our supported living house in Cranleigh is part of St Joseph's Specialist Trust. We support adults with a range of needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and language and communication challenges.

We're looking for a caring, compassionate, and resilient female Supported Living Worker to join our friendly and supportive team. The role involves supporting a female resident, and a female member of staff if therefore required to meet our staffing arrangements and maintain appropriate levels of privacy and dignity.

No previous experience is required. What matters most is your empathy, patience, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. We'll provide a comprehensive induction, specialist training, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills and confidence you need to thrive in the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
