Role Overview
The Fencing Contracts Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, delivery, and financial management of fencing and perimeter security projects from contract award through to completion. The role requires close management of labour, subcontractors, materials, programme delivery, client relationships, health and safety compliance, and commercial performance to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing fencing or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of fencing systems and installation methods.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation.
- Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Full UK driving licence.
- SMSTS qualification, IOSH Managing Safely, CSCS Card

An experienced fencing/external work professional with a strong operational and commercial background who can confidently oversee multiple projects, manage installation teams, maintain excellent client relationships, and consistently deliver high-quality fencing and perimeter security solutions safely and profitably.
