Overview
Deloitte is supporting a global organisation delivering a large-scale Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) transformation programme. The organisation is implementing Fenergo FenX (SaaS) to modernise and streamline client onboarding processes and is looking for an experienced Project Manager with previous FenX implementation experience.
This role will lead delivery of the programme, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and the implementation partner to ensure successful deployment of the Fenergo FenX platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a Fenergo FenX implementation programme.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate business, technology and vendor workstreams.
- Drive programme governance and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage project reporting and steering committee updates.
- Ensure successful delivery against agreed timelines.
- Support business readiness and implementation activities.
- Work closely with technical and functional teams throughout delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and programme outcomes.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous Project Management experience delivering Fenergo FenX (SaaS) implementations.
- Experience delivering Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) or Client Onboarding solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and programme governance experience.
- Experience working across multiple business and technology teams.
- Agile and/or Waterfall delivery experience.
- Strong risk and issue management.
- Financial Services experience beneficial but not essential.
