Junior Administrator
Summary:
As a junior administrator you will be responsible for providing support to the global sales team. The role requires a dynamic, energetic, self-motivated individual, with strong Excel skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring incoming queries
- Liaising with sales team on client management
- Analyse data, trends and results to improve revenue generation
- Communicating with clients on trade queries
Required skills:
- Strong Excel skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressurised environment
- Ability to learn and understand complex process flows
- Proven team player
- Excellent organisational, communication and time-management skills
- Ability to create and maintain accurate and accessible documentation
- Self-motivated with a good knowledge of finance
- Confident liaising with multiple teams during the processes of troubleshooting, development, and testing
