Ferrari Marketing Executive
Ferrari ownership is about far more than the car itself. It is an experience shaped by emotion, anticipation, personal connection and attention to every detail. As a Ferrari Marketing Executive, you will play a central role in bringing that experience to life, ensuring every client interaction reflects the exceptional standards, care and attention synonymous with the Ferrari brand. Working closely with Sales, After Sales and Marketing, you will help create memorable experiences both within the dealership and through a programme of exclusive events and client activities.
The Role
As Ferrari Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of the customer journey, shaping how clients and prospects experience the brand from their first interaction through to vehicle delivery and beyond. You will be a highly visible and engaging presence within the dealership, building trusted client relationships, creating a welcoming and premium showroom environment, hosting experiences and events, and helping to foster a strong and connected Ferrari community.
- Play an active role in the planning, organisation and delivery of local events and customer initiatives, bringing ideas and initiative to help shape engaging experiences.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support event concepts, guest selection and invitations, supplier coordination, budgets, on-the-day execution and post-event follow-up.
- Use these opportunities to engage existing clients, attract new prospects and strengthen long-term customer loyalty, while ensuring every activity is delivered to the highest standards and in line with Ferrari's brand guidelines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will also take ownership of the dealership's social media presence, creating and coordinating engaging content that showcases Ferrari, our clients, events, experiences and community. Working within Ferrari's brand guidelines, you will manage the social media calendar, coordinate content and monitor engagement, ensuring our digital presence reflects the same level of quality and exclusivity as the in-person Ferrari experience.
In addition, you will oversee relevant digital marketing activity, including website content, email campaigns and paid digital initiatives, supporting customer acquisition, engagement and retention. You will monitor the effectiveness of marketing and event activity, evaluating customer engagement, acquisition, loyalty and return on investment to continually identify opportunities for improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, creative and naturally personable individual to become a key ambassador for Ferrari, creating exceptional experiences, developing lasting client relationships and helping to shape the next chapter of our Ferrari community.
