The Ferrari Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Hatfield, responsible for the maintenance and repair of Ferrari vehicles to manufacturer standards.

Day-to-day tasks include:
- Performing diagnostics
- Routine servicing
- Mechanical and electrical repairs
- Pre-delivery inspections
While ensuring all work meets safety and quality requirements. The role involves using manufacturer-approved tools and software, following technical bulletins, and completing accurate job cards and service reports. The technician will work closely with service advisors and parts personnel to support efficient workshop operations and timely vehicle turnaround.
Providing clear communication about vehicle status, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and upholding H.R. Owen’s customer-focused values are essential aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Professional automotive technical skills, including strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic abilities, and experience with high-performance or luxury vehicles.
- Capability to interpret technical documentation, service manuals, and manufacturer guidelines, and to use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively.
- Attention to detail in vehicle inspection, repair quality, and documentation, with a focus on safety, compliance, and manufacturer standards.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills for collaborating with service advisors, parts teams, and colleagues, and for explaining technical issues clearly.
- Relevant automotive technician qualification (e.g., NVQ/IMI Level 3 or equivalent) and prior experience in a franchised dealership; Ferrari or other supercar brand experience is highly beneficial.
- Valid UK driving licence with a good driving record, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in advanced vehicle technologies.
