The IVF Guide is working on behalf of a well-established fertility clinic in the South East London area to find an experienced Fertility Nurse to join their clinical team.

About The Role

This is an opportunity to join a busy, patient-focused fertility clinic providing high-quality nursing care across the full treatment pathway, from initial consultation through to pregnancy confirmation. You'll work closely with consultants, embryologists, and the wider clinical team to support clients through what is often one of the most significant journeys of their lives.

Day to day, you'll be involved in:

  • Carrying out transvaginal follicle tracking scans to monitor ovarian response and endometrial development
  • Reviewing and interpreting scan and bloodwork results, escalating to the consultant team where needed
  • Administering fertility medications and teaching clients to self-administer injections, including trigger shots
  • Supporting clients through monitoring appointments, explaining next steps clearly and reassuringly
  • Assisting with procedures such as egg collection, embryo transfer, and IUI
  • Managing medication protocols and ensuring accurate, timely documentation in patient records
  • Liaising closely with embryologists and consultants to keep treatment cycles on track
  • Providing emotional support and practical guidance throughout treatment, including during the two-week wait
  • Contributing to clinic compliance with HFEA and CQC standards
  • Supporting clients experiencing side effects such as OHSS and escalating appropriately

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
