Mint People are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable Bar Supervisors to lead bar teams at exciting events in Guildford and Winchester.

Your Role
As a Bar Supervisor, you will:
- 🍹 Lead and support the bar team, ensuring fast, efficient, and high-quality service.
- ✨ Maintain clean, organised, and safe bar areas throughout the event.
- 💷 Oversee cash handling, till operations, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- 📦 Manage stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and keep bars fully operational.
- 👥 Motivate and supervise your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for confident Bar Managers with previous experience leading busy bar teams. You’ll be organised, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced event environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Event Details
- 📅 Dates: 20th–23rd
- 📍 Locations: Guildford & Winchester
- ⏳ Duration: 3 or 4 days, depending on the location, with some roles including event build and break.
- 🏨 Accommodation: Provided for the duration.
