About the Role
At Prezzo Italian, we’ve been bringing people together over Italian favourites for more than 25 years. With some refreshed restaurants, bold flavours and an exciting new chapter ahead, we’re looking for festive waiting staff to help make this Christmas special. From family get-togethers to the annual office celebration, you’ll help our guests relax, enjoy themselves and feel properly looked after.
Your Part in Christmas
You’ll welcome guests, guide them through the menu, take orders with care and work closely with your teammates to keep service running smoothly. It’s a busy time of year, and the little things matter: a friendly greeting, a thoughtful recommendation and noticing when someone needs a hand.
What you’ll bring
- A friendly approach and a genuine interest in looking after people.
- Reliability, teamwork and pride in doing a good job.
- Willingness to learn our menu and service standards.
- Availability for the agreed shifts across the festive period.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
