About the Role

As the F&F Online Product Operations Assistant, you'll bring the F&F range to life online and help create an outstanding digital shopping experience for our customers. You'll be at the heart of launching products online, ensuring every item is customer-ready and available at exactly the right time. From managing sample tracking, imagery, and product enrichment, to carrying out website launch checks, you'll play a vital role in delivering a seamless online journey.

Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and Online teams, you'll use your strong attention to detail and product expertise to showcase key ranges, trends, and seasonal moments, making sure our products look their very best and inspire customers to shop with confidence.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Supporting the successful launch of F&F products online, ensuring products are accurate, enriched, and ready to go live.
  • Monitoring sample readiness and escalating risks to launch plans where required.
  • Reviewing and approving product enrichment, ensuring descriptions, care information, and product attributes are accurate and customer-friendly.
  • Ensuring all legal, compliance, and product information requirements are met prior to online launch.
  • Working with Marketing and Content teams to ensure imagery is available and aligned to launch dates.
  • Supporting the delivery of key events, trends, and seasonal campaigns through accurate product setup and website execution.
  • Maintaining visibility of launch readiness and resolving issues through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conducting regular website reviews to identify and resolve product, imagery, or categorisation issues.
  • Providing product knowledge and expertise to support customer experience improvements and website development initiatives.
  • Supporting reporting and trade reviews through analysis of key product and performance data.

You Will Need

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, e-commerce, merchandising, or a similar environment.
  • A passion for clothing, customer trends, and delivering great online experiences.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence working with data, systems, and online product information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Desirable:

  • Experience in online retail, digital merchandising, or product operations.
  • Knowledge of product enrichment, online content processes, or e-commerce platforms.
