About the Role

The Trade & Content Executive is responsible for delivering and enhancing the onsite trade plan and customer journey for F&F, supporting business performance through data-informed content, campaign delivery and ongoing optimisation. Working collaboratively across F&F Online, Marketing, SEO, Search & Browse, Creative Studio and Technology, the role ensures content is delivered accurately, on time and aligned with trading priorities to support sales, conversion and an engaging customer experience.

You will be responsible for

  • Delivering and enhancing the onsite trade plan and customer journey for F&F, supporting customer engagement and business performance, while working closely with F&F Online, Marketing, Design, Publishing and GHS Trade teams.
  • Using data and insight to optimise trading content, identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement, conversion and sales.
  • Planning and coordinating weekly onsite content updates, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with trading priorities.
  • Coordinating and delivering trade events and campaigns across F&F and Tesco.com, ensuring content is delivered accurately and in line with agreed briefs.
  • Producing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, using insights to inform ongoing improvements to content and campaigns.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and onsite trends, sharing insights and opportunities with the wider team.
  • Supporting the optimisation of product placement and taxonomy in partnership with the Search & Browse team to improve product discoverability.
  • Collaborating with the SEO team to enhance onsite content and support improvements in organic visibility and traffic.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve trading content and supporting the delivery of enhancements across onsite and offsite tools.
  • Exploring opportunities within AI, personalisation and category page innovation to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
  • Building effective relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues across F&F Online, Marketing, GHS Trade, Creative Studio and Technology to deliver trade and content priorities.

You will need

  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Experience within a clothing or retail environment is preferred, with an understanding of seasonal trading cycles and customer behaviours.
  • Confident using PowerPoint to communicate data, insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Strong organisational skills, with experience using Outlook and everyday communication tools.
  • Experience using workflow tools (for example Jira or Workfront) to coordinate and manage activity.
  • Experience using CMS platforms to publish and manage onsite content.
  • Experience using analytics tools (for example Adobe Omniture SiteCatalyst) to support insight-driven optimisation.
  • Experience working in a commercial or results-oriented environment is desirable.
  • Experience in a customer-focused or digital role, with an understanding of online shopping journeys.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
  • A strong interest in ecommerce, digital content and online trading.
