Kirkdale Studios
Kirkdale Studios is an exciting startup focusing on collaborative furniture design. We have a long networking relationship with designers, architects, hospitality companies, and work with approximately 380 EU and UK factories. Our business is B2B sales between our designers and our factories.
Our products range from standard factory items to made-to-order bespoke products. With every design brief, it's our passion to help our clients find the products that best suit their brief. It is in this process that our creative approach provides the value in our service.
Our culture reflects our passion for furniture design and interior spaces. Each member of the Kirkdale team has a background in design, which allows us to specialize in design & build and furniture collaborations. With plans to put more emphasis on the design function of our business in the coming months, we depend on our future team members to share our culture and passion.
The Right Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a minimum of 2-3 years experience in hospitality FF&E sales and a passion for interior furniture design. The ideal candidate will be willing to take ownership and responsibility of creating sales using their existing accounts, with the urge to hunt and sell to new accounts. Demonstrating entrepreneurship and leadership in the role from day one.
This is an ideal opportunity for any individual who would like to take control of their own ability, be more creative in what they do, and to work within a small like-minded team that work together to reach the same goal.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
