Multiple FF&E Designers with strong luxury residential portfolios to join a well renowned studio in South West London

Position:

We are looking for talented, creative and highly organised FF&E Designers to join a growing design team. The studio is open to candidates at Junior, Midweight and Senior level, with the scope and level of responsibility tailored to experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects across the globe, contributing to exceptional interiors for some of the world's most discerning private clients.

You will be involved across the full FF&E process, from the development of initial concepts and bespoke schemes through to specification, procurement, delivery and installation.

The role will involve developing and refining FF&E schemes, mood boards, material palettes, sketches and CGI presentations, as well as sourcing furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, sanitaryware, bespoke joinery and decorative pieces from leading international suppliers, manufacturers and artisans.

Depending on experience, you will either support the wider design team or take ownership of FF&E packages and projects.

For more experienced candidates, the role will include leading projects, managing client relationships, overseeing procurement and installations, and mentoring more junior members of the team.

Candidate:

As an FF&E Designer, you should have exceptional creative flair, a strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for luxury residential interiors, craftsmanship and bespoke design.

You will be proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
