We’re excited to be partnering with a leading luxury interior design studio specialising in high-end hospitality projects across Europe, South Africa, and America. Known for creating distinctive, experience-led interiors, their portfolio includes some of the world’s most exclusive hotels and resorts.
They are now seeking a talented FF&E Designer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, creative designer with strong hospitality experience and a passion for concept and FF&E. You will play a key role in shaping design narratives through materiality, furniture, and finishes, working across projects from concept through to delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, excellent FF&E knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to FF&E concept development across luxury hospitality projects from initial idea through to completion
- Develop and present cohesive schemes, palettes, and material selections that clearly communicate design intent
- Produce detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and documentation to a high standard
- Source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories in line with project concept, budget, and brand requirements
- Support project delivery through coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Participate in on-site project involvement, assisting with installations, styling, and quality control
- Ensure all FF&E elements are detail-driven, cohesive, and aligned with the overall design vision
- Collaborate closely with senior designers and project leads across multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience working on hospitality projects within a design studio
- Proven expertise in FF&E design, including concept development, scheme creation, and palette building
- Strong experience producing detailed FF&E specifications and schedules
- Confident in sourcing and supplier coordination
- Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
- A creative, proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
