The Role

The FH&B Change Manager will lead and embed the people and business change associated with a major system implementation across Fashion, Home & Beauty Space Planning and Retail Operations. The role will drive engagement, readiness, and sustained adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working, helping central users, retail teams, and wider stakeholders transition to a data-led planning and decision-making approach.

Your Profile

Essential skills/experience:

• Demonstrable experience supporting business change, operational activity, project coordination, analysis, documentation, or stakeholder follow-up.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to integrate quickly into operational teams and build trust with subject matter experts, managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Highly organised and dependable, able to manage varied tasks, changing priorities, and multiple stakeholders while maintaining attention to detail.
• Practical and proactive, with the confidence to step into activity where the business needs support.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to turn complexity into actions, updates, and recommendations for different audiences.
• Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to work through ambiguity and maintain momentum as priorities shift.
• A collaborative, team-focused approach and an understanding of the need to protect business continuity during transformation.
• Good understanding of retail Space Planning activity, including macro space, grading, store layouts, space performance, concessions, tactical space, and seasonal change.
• Ability to interpret commercial, operational, and space data to support recommendations and decision-making.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote.
