Role Description
This is a full-time Financial Planning Administrator role based in Maldon, offered on a hybrid basis with some flexibility to work from home. The role involves supporting financial planners with the preparation of client documentation, maintaining accurate records on internal systems, and assisting with the implementation of advice and recommendations. - Handling client queries
- Updating and reconciling client data
- Preparing reports and correspondence
- Liaising with third-party providers to obtain valuations and policy information

The Financial Planning Administrator will also help coordinate client review meetings, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures, and contribute to the smooth running of the firm’s operations.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills, including accurate data entry, document management, and organization.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office), CRM systems, and willingness to learn industry-specific platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Numeracy and attention to detail suitable for handling financial information, valuations, and reports.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing time and priorities effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related administrative role is beneficial.
- Understanding of basic financial planning concepts or a willingness to undertake relevant training or qualifications (e.g., industry-recognized certificates).
- Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
