About the Role

Nano Fibre UK are looking for fibre broadband installation engineers for the Oldham / Manchester / Lancashire areas to help support us as we scale. We are a fast growing company who are committed to offering the best service to our customers from our fibre broadband engineers in the region.

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to carry out installations into the home and support us in delivering our customer promise.

Please note that this is a 3 month fixed term contract with the possibility to be extended.

Key Requirements

  • You have experience and a proven track record working in a networking engineering environment.
  • FTTP Fibre installation experience is preferred.
  • You should show effective problem solving and interpersonal skills, a focus on teamwork and brilliant customer service.
  • You should possess good logical skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and be willing to find the best customer solutions possible.
  • Nano covers different areas of the country so you may have to travel some times.
  • As you will be visiting homes around your area you will need a valid UK driver’s licence.
  • The ability to work irregular hours and overtime to achieve our customer service targets is sometimes required.
  • You should be medically fit and able to carry out a physical job as climbing poles is our business.
  • Able to work in teams or alone to meet our SLA KPI’s set by our partners.
  • Willing to work in other locations within the UK if required (accommodation provided).
