About the Role

Nano Fibre UK are looking for fibre broadband installation engineers for the Peterborough area to help support us as we scale. We are a fast-growing company who are committed to offering the best service to our customers from our fibre broadband engineers in the region.

We offer a fixed annual salary package with additional incentives all while working alongside some of the best engineers in the industry. Additional OTE (On Target Earning) incentives are available on top of the annual salary.

Key Requirements

• FTTP Fibre installation experience is essential but the right attitude is more important to us.
• You should show effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills, a focus on teamwork and brilliant customer service.
• You should possess good logical skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and be willing to find the best customer solutions possible.
• Nano covers different areas of the country so you may have to travel some times.
• As you will be visiting homes around your area you will need a valid UK driver’s licence.
• The ability to work irregular hours and overtime to achieve our customer service targets is sometimes required.
• You should be medically fit and able to carry out a physical job as climbing poles is our business.
• Able to work in teams or alone to meet our SLA KPI’s set by our partners.
• Willing to work in other locations within the UK if required (accommodation provided).
