Job Description:
Join Team Ortel as a Door to Door Field Sales Executive selling EE & BT Group Broadband Products
- £25k Base Salary + £250 car allowance & up to £250 travel expenses!
- £40,000 – £60,000+ OTE
- Uncapped Commission + additional bonus and incentives
- Earn big with flexible working options selling award-winning home broadband products. We’re expanding and looking for confident, target-driven individuals to sell EE & BT broadband door-to-door in residential areas.
This high-performance field sales role offers strong earning potential, including a basic salary (hourly paid) + uncapped commission.
- Realistic OTE £40,000–£60,000+ (our top performers earn more!)
- Minimum 16 paid hours per week initially, increasing up to 37.5 hours based on performance.
- Experienced door-to-door sales people may be offered full-time positions (37.5 hours) starting on day one.
- Permanent role.
- Immediate starts available.

The Role:
- Door-to-door residential sales
- Promote EE & BT products
- Hit targets and maximise earnings
Commission & Bonus Structure:
- Earn commission on EVERY SALE from your first sale.
- Higher value products = higher commission
- Threshold: 15 net sales per month required to unlock commission
- Once achieved, commission is paid on all sales (1–15+)
- Bonuses:
- 20+ sales = additional bonus
- Example: 28 sales = +£500 | 38 sales = +£1,000
- Quarterly bonus for consistent performance
- 20+ sales = additional bonus
Quality:
- We will monitor and address high cancellation rates in line with company policies.
- We actively encourage upselling our product range based solely on customer needs; this is monitored both internally by our compliance team and externally through NPS metrics.
We’re looking for:
- 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
- Confident, resilient, target-driven
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Driving licence preferred (not essential)
- Door to Door Sales experience is beneficial, but attitude is key.
