Field Account Executive
Location: Bournemouth, Poole & Southampton, United Kingdom
A leading global food delivery and online marketplace platform is seeking a Field Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of restaurant partners across the Dorset and Southampton region. This field-based sales role focuses on strengthening commercial relationships, increasing partner performance, and helping independent hospitality businesses grow through data-driven account management.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with restaurant partners across the assigned territory.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular face-to-face visits to strengthen relationships and support business growth.
Business Growth
- Drive order growth and maximise the performance of restaurant partners.
- Analyse business performance and recommend strategies to improve visibility, sales, and customer experience.
- Support partners in adopting platform tools and best practices to optimise results.
- Monitor account performance against key commercial objectives.

Partner Onboarding
- Manage the onboarding experience for newly signed restaurant partners.
- Ensure new partners are visited shortly after going live and receive the guidance needed for a successful launch.
- Provide training and ongoing support to help businesses maximise platform performance.
Data & Performance Analysis
- Use CRM platforms and internal sales tools to identify growth opportunities and monitor account performance.
- Analyse sales trends and customer data to inform commercial recommendations.
- Maintain accurate account records, activity updates, and pipeline management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or account management.
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
- Proven ability to achieve ambitious commercial targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM platforms and sales data.
- Interest in the hospitality, food, or restaurant industry.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
