Field Based | South West England Ideal Home Location: Bristol, Oxford, Bournemouth, Swindon or Reading

Already managing key customer relationships and looking for a role with more autonomy, ownership, and visibility?

Whether you're currently a Key Account Manager, Account Executive, Customer Development Executive, or Field Account Manager, this is an opportunity to represent a market-leading FMCG brand and take ownership of a high-profile territory across the South West.

This isn't a traditional office-based account management position.

It's a customer-facing commercial role where you'll build relationships with key decision-makers across major grocery retailers, drive execution of national commercial initiatives, identify opportunities for growth, and become the trusted face of the brand across your territory.

With the freedom to manage your own diary and make commercial decisions in the field, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive exceptional support whilst delivering outstanding sales performance.

The Role

Operating across a large territory covering the South West of England, you'll be responsible for developing existing customer relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring national plans are executed to the highest standard.

Working closely with customers, distributor partners, and internal stakeholders, you'll influence commercial performance by combining strong relationship management with hands-on execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
