Field Account Executive

Location: London
Salary: £50,000 + Commission + Benefits

We are seeking a Field Account Executive to join a leading global technology organisation delivering innovative SaaS solutions to the hospitality sector.

Working across London, you'll take ownership of a defined territory, partnering with hospitality businesses to understand their operational challenges and deliver technology solutions that drive growth. Managing the full sales lifecycle, you'll build lasting client relationships while contributing to the continued expansion of a high-performing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities as a Field Account Executive

  • Develop strong relationships with hospitality businesses across your territory.
  • Build and execute strategic territory plans using market insights and industry knowledge.
  • Manage complex consultative sales cycles from discovery through to contract negotiation and implementation handover.
  • Consistently exceed monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets by winning high-value new business opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations that clearly communicate commercial value.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline management.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing and product teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Experience you'll need as a Field Account Executive

  • Proven success in field sales or outbound business development within SaaS, technology or hospitality.
  • Strong experience managing complex, solution-led sales cycles.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue and new business targets.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality sector and its operational challenges is highly desirable.
  • Experience with territory planning, pipeline generation and account development.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to simplify technical solutions for customers.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
