Role Description

This full-time role, requires a Field Account Manager responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients within the Retail Sector in the South of the UK, including London, and you will be dealing with some of the biggest names in UK Retail.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying client needs
  • Recommending suitable products and services
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Tracking account activities
  • Identifying new customer potentials
  • Meeting sales targets

The role also involves regular travel to meet clients on-site, complemented by remote work options to fulfill administrative tasks and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
  • Organizational and Time Management abilities to handle multiple clients and accounts
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to travel within assigned territories and occasionally beyond
  • Self-motivation and aptitude for meeting sales targets and KPIs
  • Experience in the retail or fashion supply industries is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
