About this role:
As a Field Account Manager for McDonald's, you will own the commercial and operational growth strategy across your designated area in Leeds, York, Sheffield and surroundings. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on strengthening partnerships with franchisees. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning on strategies that boost consumer engagement and foster sustained, mutual growth.
This role sits within the Strategic Accounts team, where we embody our values to Lead, Deliver, and Care to achieve customer-centric results through strong teamwork.
Location(s): Leeds, York, Sheffield, Manchester Field-based & home-based.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Maximise the potential of existing JUST EAT partnerships with Franchises building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
- Prioritise order growth, as the measure of success and mentor Restaurant Partners on the vital steps to achieve this in their business.
- Drive operational excellence by advising partners on best-in-class customer service and encouraging the adoption of new solutions to improve efficiency.
- Analyse performance data to inform and execute the most effective activities that contribute to restaurant growth targets.
- Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to achieve ambitious commercial goals and collective success.

What will you bring to the table?
- Experience in a B2B sales or strategic account management focused on building long-term commercial relationships
- A results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of ambitious targets.
- Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effectively advising partners and stakeholders.
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- An exceptional work ethic and the desire to make a difference
- Full clean UK driving licence
