Job Description

This is the Job

Think The AA is just about roadside assistance? Think again!

As a Field Account Manager within AA Cars, you’ll manage a portfolio of 100–200 established dealer accounts across the South East, building trusted relationships and helping partners get the most from the AA Cars platform. With four days each week spent visiting dealerships and one day focused on planning, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your territory and stay close to your customers.

Your focus will be retaining and growing existing accounts through contract renewals, price negotiations, increased stock listings and relevant upsell opportunities across our products and services, including Vehicle Inspections. New business is handled by our dedicated sales team, so you can concentrate on strengthening partnerships, protecting retention and creating sustainable account growth.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Vehicle Inspections and Mediation colleagues to deliver positive outcomes for dealers. This role will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating with confidence, spotting commercial opportunities and working independently in a fast-paced field environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
