Purpose of the Role
At everyLIFE, our mission is to create and support innovative technology solutions that enhance the delivery of care. The Field Account Manager is our face in front of customers. You will spend most of your week visiting care providers at their own sites, building strong relationships and showing them how our product, especially the latest and upcoming features, can make a real difference to their teams and the people they support.
This is a relationship-led and commercially focused growth role. You will combine sales ability, a consultative approach and hands-on product demonstrations to increase adoption, identify opportunities and grow the value of your accounts. You will take ownership of the overall health of your portfolio to maximise positive customer experience and engagement. This will be achieved through regular touch points, proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and minimising churn risk.

The ideal candidate is proficient in working with data to draw actionable insights and where to prioritise their time. They will enjoy being out on the road, has excellent communication skills and confident presenting in person, and can turn a conversation about a customer's challenges into a clear case for how our product solves them and ensures customer success.

The Role
As a key member of our Account Management Team, the Field Account Manager focuses on customer success, retention and growth, delivering exceptional face-to-face customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting customers regularly on-site to build trusted, long-term relationships and achieve clear retention, adoption or growth outcomes
- Demonstrating the value of new, existing and upcoming features in a way that connects to each customer’s unique needs and business objectives
- Identifying opportunities for customers to expand the use of our product
- Owning the commercial health and customer relationship across an assigned portfolio, maintaining a clear view of risk, adoption, engagement, and growth potential
- Acting as the voice of the customer within the company
Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders at every level within your portfolio. Plan and host strategic account reviews and growth plans, in person wherever possible.
- Customer Retention & Renewals: Drive retention, renewals and overall customer satisfaction, spotting risks early and acting on them.
- Account Health and Metrics: Track and report on account health, product adoption, customer satisfaction, visit activity and growth opportunities. Take ownership of agreed measures, including customer retention, churn risk, product adoption, engagement and face-to-face activity.
- Collaborative Working: Work with other departments to ensure customer success.
- Customer Visits: Plan and carry out a regular schedule of on-site visits with a focus on ensuring feature adoption and product confidence. Deliver on-site training and workshops as necessary to support customers to adopt new features with confidence.
- Account Growth: Recognise where additional services or features would benefit customers, and identify, qualify and progress these opportunities, working with internal stakeholders to take these forward.
