About Us

Neutrik is a leading manufacturer of connectors and cable solutions for pro audio, video, broadcast and data applications. Our Application Engineering team is part of the Neutrik EMEA Sales organisation. We make sure Neutrik products work in our customers' systems, not just on paper. Together with Sales, Product Management and Development, we build customised solutions, answer technical questions as first point of contact, train customers and keep a close eye on market and technology trends. The result is stronger customer relationships and a direct contribution to the commercial success of our brands.

The Role

As our Field Application Engineer, you will turn customer requirements into technical solutions that deliver real value, and help us reach our sales goals along the way. You will be the link between the market and our internal teams: you bring first-hand customer insight into Sales, Product Management and Engineering, and you bring our technical expertise to customers. Whether it is a feasibility question, an OEM design-in project or troubleshooting on site, you make sure our products integrate smoothly and customers have an outstanding experience.

What You Will Do

  • Understand customer requirements and develop technically feasible, value-adding solutions
  • Lead the technical side of customer projects, including feasibility assessments, OEM design-in projects and hands-on support during deployment
  • Support sales teams and customer service colleagues and collaborate with the wider group departments
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical questions and troubleshooting
  • Design and deliver product training for customers and internal teams
  • Create user guides, documentation and training materials
  • Monitor market and competitor trends and share regular insights with the Neutrik Group
  • Support product launches and identify new business opportunities together with Sales and Marketing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
