About WeBuyVintage

WeBuyVintage is one of the UK’s largest buyers of jewellery, antiques and collectibles. We run more roadshows than any other UK company - over 250 valuation events every month - bringing trusted experts face-to-face with customers across the country.

In less than two years, we’ve grown from a pub-table idea into an eight-figure business, and we’re on a mission to make WeBuyVintage a brand everyone recognises.

The Role

At WeBuyVintage, we’re passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building knowledgeable, confident teams. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Regional Training Manager who enjoys working in the field, developing people, sharing best practice and helping teams perform at their best.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

As our Field Based Regional Training Manager, you’ll spend time across our roadshows and operational locations, working alongside managers and colleagues to deliver training, provide coaching and identify opportunities for development.

  • Work closely with teams in their day-to-day environment, helping colleagues build their knowledge, skills and confidence.
  • Identify training needs, deliver engaging training sessions and support managers in developing their teams.
  • This role combines training delivery, coaching and field collaboration, ensuring our training is practical, relevant and reflected in how the business operates.

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be someone who enjoys spending time with people, understanding how they work and helping them develop their knowledge, skills and confidence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
