Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading national Facilities Management organisation in their search for a Field-Based / Remote Business Development Manager (North & Midlands) to join their team.
You will be completely remote based, with no expectation to go to their office. However, you will be very customer focused and field-based, attending client meetings throughout the North & Midlands (e.g. Sheffield, Manchester, Derby, Coventry, Nottingham etc).
Responsible for taking qualified business opportunities through the sales process and converting them into successful contract high-value wins. You will spend the majority of your time meeting clients, visiting sites, understanding their requirements, developing commercial solutions and presenting proposals to senior decision-makers. The successful candidate will have strong numerical ability when presenting costings to clients and a proven track record of winning substantial service contracts.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking ownership of qualified business opportunities through to contract award.
- Conducting customer site visits in the Northern region to understand operational requirements and service needs.
- Understanding the customer's current operation, challenges and pain points.
- Developing tailored service solutions based on the customer's requirements.
- Producing accurate and commercially robust costings for the client.
- Ensuring proposals deliver strong financial returns for the business.
- Preparing and delivering professional client presentations and proposals.
- Leading negotiations and manage the opportunity through to close.

YOU WILL HAVE:
- Proven B2B business development / contract sales experience.
- Direct facilities management experience is incredibly desirable.
- Demonstrable experience of winning very high value contracts.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with excellent numerical and costing abilities.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
AND FOR YOU:
- Basic salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience.
- Fantastic earning potential and commission structure.
- Company car for this field-based role.
- Fully remote / field-based working.
