Role Description
This is a full-time, field-based, on-site role located in Deeside. The role involves visiting and supporting stores within the region, ensuring operational standards are met and brand guidelines are consistently applied. Day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with store teams to optimize customer experience, identifying performance opportunities, and implementing action plans to improve sales and service. The Field Based Role will collaborate with regional and head office colleagues to roll out initiatives, monitor compliance, and provide feedback on store performance. The position requires regular travel within the area, hands-on problem solving, and active participation in training, coaching, and change management activities.

- Experience in retail or field-based operations, with a strong focus on customer service and store performance.
- Skills in relationship building, communication, and teamwork to collaborate effectively with diverse store and head office teams.
- Capability in planning, organization, and time management to manage multiple store visits, projects, and priorities.
- Competence in analyzing store data and performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement actions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with resilience, adaptability, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region and hold a valid driver’s license if required for the role.
- Experience in leading, coaching, or influencing others in a retail or customer-facing environment is highly beneficial.
- Basic IT skills (e.g., email, spreadsheets, reporting tools) and readiness to learn internal systems and processes.
