🚀 Field Based Sales Manager | Sykes Cottages

Ready to lead a high-performing sales network and drive growth across the UK's largest holiday letting portfolio?

We're looking for a Field Based Sales Manager to coach, develop and support our network of self-employed Property Consultants, helping them convert opportunities, grow owner acquisition and deliver outstanding commercial results.

💰 £40,000-£45,000 DOE + car allowance
📍 Chester HQ with nationwide travel
⏰ Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead and coach a UK-wide team of Property Consultants
  • Drive sales performance, conversion and owner acquisition
  • Analyse pipelines and identify growth opportunities
  • Support negotiations and overcome sales obstacles
  • Build referral networks and generate new leads
  • Use data, technology and AI to improve performance and efficiency
  • Work closely with Product, Technology and Data teams to shape the future of our sales journey
