£1,500+ per week – realistic earning potential (£125 per sale)

Our field consultants earn £125 commission for every business card account opened, with the opportunity of signing up at least 2 customers per day (£250+/day).

Are you an ambitious, motivated salesperson looking for unlimited earning potential and the freedom of being your own boss?

We are seeking self-employed Field Consultants to offer a market-leading Business Card that offers % cashback on all purchases, brought to you in partnership with our sister business, Capital on Tap.

Capital on Tap was built to fix slow, outdated big-bank lending for small businesses. Today, it powers over 200,000 SME customers with over £20bn in annual card spend and boasts a 4.7-star rating across 17,000+ Trustpilot reviews.

This is your chance to thrive in a self-employed, commission-only role under an established financial brand, backed by the tools, technology, and support to help you succeed.

Why join us?

  • High upfront commission: Earn £125 for every active business card sign-up.
  • Achievable daily income: Signing up just 2 business owners a day yields £250/day (£1,250/week for a standard 5-day work week).
  • Uncapped earnings: No ceiling on your income — the more SMEs you sign up, the more you earn.
  • Sell a proven product: Represent a best-in-class SME business card and spend management platform designed specifically to help small business owners grow.
  • Full product training & support: Access comprehensive system onboarding, product training, sales collateral, and expert support.
  • Freedom & flexibility: Fully field-based with no regional restrictions — sell to business owners anywhere across the UK on your own schedule.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
