Role Description
The Field Care Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Wootton, responsible for overseeing the quality and consistency of home care services delivered to clients. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Conducting care assessments and reviews
- Creating and updating person-centered care plans
- Monitoring service delivery to ensure high standards of safety and wellbeing
- Visiting clients in their homes
- Supporting Care Professionals through supervision and coaching
- Addressing any issues or concerns promptly

The role also involves:
- Collaborating with the office team on scheduling, communication with families, and regulatory compliance
- Helping to maintain excellent relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners
Qualifications
- Experience in care supervision or a similar role within home care or health and social care, with a strong understanding of person-centered support and safeguarding.
- Relevant care qualification (e.g., Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care) or equivalent experience; willingness to undertake further training and professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, families, and Care Professionals.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage visits, reviews, documentation, and follow-up actions effectively.
- Ability to work independently in the field, make sound decisions, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- IT literacy for updating care records, preparing reports, and using scheduling or care management systems.
- Knowledge of local community resources and an interest in improving outcomes for older adults living at home.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle suitable for regular local travel to clients’ homes (or equivalent reliable transport as required for the role).
